I dedicate this blog to Captain James T. Kirk

A good friend of mine, Kaitlyn Jorge, sent me this picture via e-mail. It made my day. So I'm sharing some of my nerdiness with you. Go on laugh. You know you want to.

Last week was a pretty good one. It was Halloween after all. Compared to past years, this Halloween was actually kind of dull. There is a city ordinance here in Rexburg that says anyone 18 years or older can't go trick or treating. I didn't really mind since I ended the practice a few years ago. Plus, if I had gone trick or treating, I think Dad might have disowned me. I think he started telling me at age 13 or 14 that I was too old to go trick or treating. When I told that to my roommates, they practically gasped. If only they knew how wierd my father really is.... Just kidding Dad. You know I love you.

In my makeup class the day before Halloween, we gave ourselves scars and bruises and all sorts of bloody gashes. I wasn't really feeling much like giving myself a gash in the forehead (Although I'd be more than willing to do it on someone sometime) I just gave myself a black eye and a scar on my cheek. We had to have a story to go along with our wounds. I said that I was walking my dog through the park one night. My dog started chasing after a squirrel and I ran after my dog. Since it was dark, I ended up running into a tree in the process. It seems like something I'd really do right?

That night there was also a stake Halloween dance. I didn't go because Stuart gave me his disease. Natalie dressed up as Smurfette.

Then on Friday I accompanied Stuart and Laura for Laura's first ever American footaball experience. In all honesty, my high school games were more exciting. We ate pizza and doughnuts and then left shortly after half-time.

This one is cute and tiny!

When Stuart took me home later that evening, there was a beautiful sunset as seen in the picture below.
